Cookie policy
> Courtesy translation. This English version is provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute, the Spanish version (Política de cookies) shall prevail for all legal purposes.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites install in the user's browser or device in order to store and retrieve information: for example, to remember your preferences or to measure statistically how the site is used. Alongside cookies there are similar technologies (pixels, local storage) to which this policy applies equally.
This policy is provided in compliance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the GDPR, and follows the criteria of the Guide on the use of cookies issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
2. Who is responsible
The party responsible for this website and for the use of first-party cookies is Efrain Alcocer, Tax ID (NIF) 02725021G, with registered address at Calle de las Moras 18, 28032 Madrid and email address hola@reservan.es. Information on the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy policy.
3. How we manage your consent
When you first access the website, a cookie settings panel is displayed which allows you, with equal ease and at the same level, to:
- Accept all cookies,
- Reject all non-essential cookies, or
- Configure your choice by category.
Rejecting cookies is as easy as accepting them: the reject button is presented with the same prominence as the accept button, in accordance with the AEPD's criteria. Until you give your consent, no cookie requiring it is installed and the measurement and advertising tags remain disabled.
You may change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Configurar cookies" (cookie settings) link permanently available in the footer of this website, which reopens the settings panel. Your choice is retained for the period indicated in the table in section 6; once that period has elapsed, or if you delete the cookies from your browser, you will be asked again.
4. Google Consent Mode v2
This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 integrated with Google Consent Mode v2. Your decision in the cookie panel is translated into four consent signals that control the behaviour of Google tags:
| Signal | What it controls | Default state | |---|---|---| | `analytics_storage` | Storage for statistical measurement purposes (Google Analytics 4 cookies). | Denied | | `ad_storage` | Storage for advertising purposes. If granted, measurement data — including the IP address in encrypted form — may flow to the linked Google Ads account (Google policy in force since 15 June 2026; see the Privacy policy, section 6). | Denied | | `ad_user_data` | Sending user data to Google for advertising purposes. | Denied | | `ad_personalization` | Use of the data for personalised advertising (remarketing). | Denied |
All four signals are denied by default and only change to granted if you accept the corresponding category in the settings panel.
5. Categories of cookies used
- Strictly necessary cookies (exempt from consent): enable the basic operation of the site and remember your choice regarding the other cookies. They cannot be disabled from the panel.
- Analytics or measurement cookies (require consent): make it possible to quantify the number of users and analyse website usage statistically (Google Analytics 4).
- Advertising cookies (require consent): would only be activated if linked advertising campaigns are run (Google Ads); they control advertising measurement and, where applicable, personalisation.
- Embedded third-party content (requires consent): the Google Reviews widget. This website may display the public reviews from the Controller's Google Business Profile. When it loads, the content opens a direct connection to Google servers, which receive your IP address and your browser and device data, and it may set Google cookies. Until you accept this category, the widget does not load: instead, a placeholder is shown with a link to the public Google profile, which you are free to decide whether to visit.
This website does not use social media cookies or content personalisation cookies.
See also section 6 of the Privacy policy for details of the data flow to Google.
6. Cookie table
| Cookie | Owner / type | Category | Purpose | Duration | |---|---|---|---|---| | `moove_gdpr_popup` | First-party (Moove GDPR Cookie Compliance CMP) | Strictly necessary | Stores your cookie consent preferences so that you are not asked again on every visit. | [DURATION — verify; plugin default, typically 1 year] | | `_ga` | Third-party (Google Analytics 4) | Analytics | Main identifier used to distinguish users in pseudonymised form. | [DURATION — verify; typically 2 years] | | `_ga_[measurement ID]` | Third-party (Google Analytics 4) | Analytics | Maintains the measurement session state for this site's GA4 property. | [DURATION — verify; typically 2 years] | | [Google advertising cookies — only if Google Ads campaigns are linked] | Third-party (Google) | Advertising | Advertising measurement and, where applicable, ad personalisation. | [DURATION — verify during the audit] | | [Google Reviews widget cookies — only if the client provides their Business Profile and the widget is embedded] | Third-party (Google and, where applicable, the widget provider) | Embedded third-party content | Enable the display of the public reviews from the Controller's Google Business Profile. | [NAMES AND DURATION — verify on staging with a real audit] |
Google Tag Manager, as a tag manager, does not install cookies of its own for tracking purposes; the cookies listed correspond to the tools it manages and are only installed after you give your consent.
For further information on the processing of data by Google, including international transfers and their safeguards, see section 6 of our Privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
7. How to delete cookies from your browser
In addition to this website's settings panel, you may allow, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can consult the instructions in the official help pages of each browser:
- Google Chrome: privacy and security settings → cookies and other site data.
- Mozilla Firefox: settings → privacy and security → cookies and site data.
- Safari (macOS/iOS): preferences/settings → privacy.
- Microsoft Edge: settings → cookies and site permissions.
Please note that blocking all cookies may affect the operation of some features of the website.
8. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated when the cookies used, the tools employed or the criteria of the supervisory authorities change. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, together with its update date.
