What happens if my flight is delayed?
If you provide your flight number, we check the available flight information and coordinate the pick-up based on the actual landing time. From that moment, 1 hour 30 minutes of waiting time is included for international flights and 1 hour for domestic flights. After this period, the additional waiting fee applies.
How much waiting time is included?
Airport pick-ups include 1 hour 30 minutes for international flights and 1 hour for domestic flights, counted from the actual landing time. Door-to-door pick-ups include 10 minutes from the agreed pick-up time. Additional waiting time is charged at €50 per hour or part thereof, plus applicable VAT.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
An agreed welcome in the arrivals area with a name sign can be arranged. The meeting point is confirmed before the service and may be adjusted according to the terminal and operational conditions.
What happens if my flight arrives at T4S?
When reviewing the flight details, we confirm an appropriate meeting point. You receive the instructions before the service; no universal procedure is assumed.

Can I request child seats, travel with a pet or bring special luggage?
Yes, with advance notice. For child seats, we collect quantity, approximate age and height, weight when necessary, and the seat type if known. Pets and special items require details for operational review.
Which vehicle will be assigned?
We assign either a Mercedes Vito for up to 8 passengers or a Mercedes V-Class for up to 7, according to the group, luggage and requirements. Capacity is confirmed after reviewing the request.
How is the price determined?
Each transfer receives a personalised quote. Spanish VAT at 10% is added to the price. Tolls are paid by the client, while parking required for the pick-up is covered by the driver.
How can I pay?
Depending on the service, payment may be made through Stripe, Bizum, by card to the driver or in cash. The quote states the available method and any applicable deposit. The form does not process payments.
How far in advance should I request my transfer?
We recommend sending the request as soon as your travel details are available. Every request is subject to availability, and no universal minimum notice period is guaranteed.
