Efrain Alcocer (hereinafter, "the Owner") provides passenger transport services under the private-hire-vehicle-with-driver (VTC) scheme, with its base of operations in Madrid and an area of activity covering la Comunidad de Madrid, under the corresponding administrative authorisation.

2. Purpose and scope of application

This Legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of this website. Access to the website confers on the person accessing it the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms in the version published at the time of access.

The website is informational and commercial in nature: it presents the Owner's transport services and provides the user with means of contact and of requesting a quote (form, telephone and WhatsApp). Requesting a quote through the website does not in itself constitute the contracting of the service, which shall be subject to express confirmation by the Owner.

The user undertakes to make diligent use of the website, in full compliance with the law, good faith, public order and this Legal notice. The following are prohibited, by way of illustration and without limitation:
